RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Comfie Self Care is currently not accepting returns or exchanges on any products sold. If you have any issues regarding your products, feel free to reach out to us at ComfieSelfCare@gmail.com,and we will do our best to reach a resolution and ensure your satisfaction! :-)

DAMAGES AND PRODUCT ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Comfie may not able be to provide assistance if product issues are raised after the seven day window after package was delivered.

 

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your Comfie product, please reach out to our team immediately so that we may take appropriate action. If a refund is warranted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 15 business days for your bank to refund your method of payment once processed.

SHIPPING

Shipping anywhere within in the contiguous 48 states is a $7.99 flat rate fee. Orders over $75 receive free shipping automatically (within the 48 contiguous states). Incorrectly entered shipping addresses or locations on behalf of the buyer are not the responsibility of Comfie. The buyer must reach out the appropriate shipping company to redirect the package. 

COMFIE CANDLE CARE

We are not liable for incorrect candle or product use. Candles are not to be burned for more than three hours, and wooden and cotton wicks are to be trimmed to ¼ - 1/8 inch AFTER each use. Do not leave unattended, in the reach of children, or near flammable objects. Once melt pool is ½ inch from the bottom of the jar, please discontinue use to avoid the jar shattering from excess heat.

 

Wax tarts are to be placed in a wax melter. Place 1-2 pieces into your melter and allow to melt for up to three hours. After use, allow to cool, then scrape leftover wax into trash and replace with new piece. Do not allow to burn unattended, within the reach of children, or near flammable objects.

 

Bath bombs, dusts, and soaps are meant for external use only. Draw a bath of warm water then place bomb for best results.
